ArmInfo. A total of 8,654 real estate transactions were carried out in Armenia in November 2020, which is 50.4% less than a year ago, with a decline of 29.7%  over the month.

According to the data of the State Committee for Real Estate  Cadastre, of the total number of transactions, Yerevan accounts for  34.8% or 3010 transactions, with a y-o-y reduction of 48.4%, with a  decline of 37.7% per month.

According to the source, 891 real estate purchase and sale  transactions were made in the capital, with an annual decline of  46.1% and a monthly decline of 35.9%. Of these, 577 (or 64.8%) fell  on transactions for the purchase and sale of apartments, with an  annual decline of 46.5%, for a month - by 32%. By the number of  transactions for the purchase and sale of apartments in the capital,  the administrative district of Arabkir (28.8%) is in the lead, and  the lowest percentage (0.2%) falls on Nork-Marash.

After apartments, the largest number of transactions for the purchase  and sale of real estate in the capital falls on transactions with  private houses (11.9%), followed by transactions for the purchase and  sale of garages (9.7%), land (6.8%), buildings of public importance  (6%) and the least interest is real estate of industrial value  (0.7%). 

It should be noted that in total, 875 transactions for the purchase  and sale of apartments were made in Armenia, with an annual decline  of 48.3%, with a decline of 28.9% per month.  At the same time, the  average market value of real estate in apartment buildings in Yerevan  in November 2020 compared to the same period in 2019, decreased by 2%  to 301.1 thousand AMD / 1 sq. m. on average, with a monthly decline  of 0.8%.  The highest prices for apartments in Yerevan are  traditionally held by the Kentron (Center) community - on average  610.3 thousand AMD / 1 sq. m. (annual decline by 5.2%, monthly - by  1.6%). This is followed by Arabkir, where the price for apartment  blocks is fixed at 438 thousand drams / 1 sq. m. (annual decline by  0.6%, monthly - by 0.5%). Davtashen closes the top three - 318  thousand drams / 1 sq. m. (annual decline by 5.1%, monthly - by  1.2%).  The lowest housing prices in the capital remain in the  Nubarashen community, where a square meter of an apartment costs an  average of 175.5 thousand drams / 1 sq. m., with an annual decline of  5.5%, while undergoing no changes during the reporting month.
